Jordan joined DELTA |v| in 2021 as HR Coordinator to assist our HR Manager in various recruiting and HR functions. She is excited to seize the opportunity to help a growing organization cultivate and maintain its positive work culture. Jordan recognizes that talent is at the forefront of every company’s success. She is passionate about recruiting new talent that aligns with the company’s values and goals while simultaneously fostering positive working relationships with existing employees.
A very driven person with a desire to learn, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from East Carolina University. Her proudest accomplishment to date is being awarded Outstanding Management Senior of the Year at ECU.
Outside of work, Jordan loves singing and performing. She has been asked to sing the National Anthem for ECU and the Wake County Speedway, performed with many bands, as well as won several singing competitions. In addition to her singing endeavors, she enjoys being around family and friends, spending time with her husky (Aspen), and riding horses.
