Brian Anders founded DELTA |v| in 2004 after devoting nine years to the motor vehicle accident reconstruction industry. His primary responsibility is focusing on the overall growth of the company. In this role, he influences talent development, client expansion and financial management. He is also the keeper of DELTA |v|’s culture—a role of utmost importance to him.

Working after high school as a full-time dockworker and switcher operator for a local trucking company during difficult financial times, Brian earned enough to work his way through school. After nine years, he had earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on heavy truck brake systems. During college, he also assisted his future wife on private investigation assignments with her company.

Brian combined his introduction to trucking, his education in engineering, and exposure to investigations to launch a career in the industry of heavy vehicle accident reconstruction. He quickly developed a knack for developing strong working relationships with clients and found the business of professional services very rewarding.

After 18 years practicing as a Professional Engineer, DELTA |v| collectively decided to have Brian switch gears and focus on developing the company into a firm with integrity and longevity, where both colleagues and clients can thrive. He continues to mentor colleagues on various technical matters, but most often on the best practices of nurturing healthy client relationships. His overall goal is to have a positive impact on each professional life that he touches.

Outside of DELTA |v|, Brian enjoys competing in triathlons and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Heath Spivey is a DELTA |v| expert experienced in international testimony. While his charming southern accent wasn’t the norm in the United Kingdom, the quality of his work and trial testimony were well understood.

Professionally, Heath is the embodiment of perseverance. Heath joined DELTA |v| in 2007 as an Associate Engineer, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Since then, he has worked tirelessly managing complex client files during the day while earning a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at night and on weekends.  His Master’s thesis focuses on nighttime human factors and has been invaluable in helping clients resolve motor vehicle claims. Heath also has advanced professionally through formal training in vehicle simulation analysis and data harvesting of event data recorders in all kinds of vehicles.

Heath’s pioneering spirit also helped launch DELTA |v|’s second regional office, bringing local boots-on-the-ground services to Nashville, Tennessee in 2014.  A major milestone in the company’s history, the Nashville office has been well-received by clients needing a reliable resource in the area. Heath combines his technical prowess with an easygoing and approachable style that lends him great credibility when he testified in various legal settings. In January 2022, Heath stepped into the role of CEO of DELTA |v| in the headquarters office in Charlotte, NC.

In his free time, Heath enjoys boating, kickball, mountain biking, and participating in mud runs.  With his outgoing personality, it’s no surprise that he thrives at DELTA |v|.

“Weirdo” and “nerd” are atypical professional descriptors, unless you’re in marketing.

Undoubtedly, marketers must be a bit different to succeed. Aside from requisite knowledge of the industry and their firm’s target client personas, it’s a big part of how these individuals help their companies grow and thrive. Add in a great sense of humor and the ability to talk to anyone about anything at the drop of a dime and you have the recipe for marketing gold.

For DELTA |v|, that came in the form of Karina Tabron who joined the company as Marketing Coordinator in September 2018. In her role, she helps drive the growth and expansion of DELTA |v| and its subsidiaries. In December 2020, Karina took on the role of Marketing & Production Manager.

Karina’s unique background encompasses both professional services marketing and graphic design. She earned both her BS in Graphic Design and MS in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

When asked to describe her favorite aspects of marketing, the words creativity, innovation, storytelling, and connections came to Karina’s mind. Each plays a role in how she thinks and acts, as well as how she forms meaningful connections with her colleagues and clients. Karina is excited to make a difference through her work at DELTA |v|.

DELTA |v| rose to the top of Karina’s list as her employer of choice because of its environment, culture, and work ethic. In her own words:

“Any person can work FOR a company and do a good job without much interest in the actual work. But I wanted to work WITH a great company and make a difference that would matter (both internally and externally). And I wanted to do so passionately about not only my work, but the work of DELTA |v| as well.”

Outside of the office, you may find Karina freelance designing, cooking, reading/writing, catching up on shows/movies, and kickboxing. On weekends, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to festivals/concerts/shows, hiking, filming, volunteering, and visiting breweries/wineries.

Alexa Csehoski joined DELTA |v| in 2022 as Graphic Designer. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a Minor in Spanish, all while being a member of the App State Dance Team.

As a graphic designer within a marketing team, one must be able to communicate effectively with text and imagery, and understand and follow trends of multiple disciplines. Alexa joined DELTA |v| because she craved a company that cultivated a positive work environment, facilitated career growth, and truly cared about its employees as individuals. An integral part of the marketing team, she helps expand both the DELTA |v| and REDLINE brands via email campaigns, compelling sell sheets, business cards, and promotional materials. Alexa is also assisting in kickstarting a larger social media presence.

When Alexa is not working, there is a good chance she is either taking or teaching group fitness classes, walking around Charlotte, or living out her childhood dreams of being an NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers.
