Carrol Ostendorf, Operations Manager, joined the DELTA |v| team in 2021. Since graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, she has spent most of her career in business management. In her role at DELTA |v|, Carrol will be assisting the Corporate Office with maintaining efficient and effective financial and operating systems and processes.
Seeking an environment that embraces creativity and innovation, Carrol was drawn to DELTA |v|’s collaborative culture. As the first Operations Coordinator at DELTA |v|, Carrol is excited to have the opportunity to leave a legacy within our organization. She looks forward to working each day to help better the workplace for her colleagues.
A naturally altruistic person, Carrol loves to spend her free time volunteering to serve victims of trauma in her community. She serves as a court appointed advocate for children who are victims of negligence or abuse in York County, SC as well as a victim advocate with Safe Passage. For Carrol, volunteer work is an expression of your heart and what really matters to you. “I am grateful that I am able to serve victims by giving hope in the midst of trauma and by demonstrating that there is kindness and love in the world.”
