Dustin Pease joined DELTA |v|’s Nashville Regional office in 2023 as an Associate Engineer. He is a 2023 graduate of Western Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in mathematics. 

In his role, Dustin likes the investigation and analysis of incidents involving motor vehicles to provide expert opinions to our clients. 

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him at the gym or partaking in outdoor activities.  

Logan Edwards joined DELTA |v|’s Nashville Regional office in 2023 as an Associate Engineer. He is a 2023 graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also is an alum of Bridgewater College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in applied physics and played collegiate Lacrosse. 

What drew Logan to work at DELTA |v| was his interest in the automotive industry. He enjoys the objectivity of the field, meaning the facts speak for themselves and bias can’t play a role. 

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him watching football or lacrosse, exercising, or working on his Jeep.  

Ali Ahmadibeni joined DELTA |v|’s Nashville office in 2024 as an Associate Engineer. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and is nearing completion of his Ph.D. from Tennessee State University. 

Ali has had a deep-rooted fascination with understanding the inner workings and physics of objects from a young age. Applying his mechanical engineering knowledge in his role brings him immense satisfaction.  

Outside of work, Ali loves outdoor adventures, often spending time hiking, fishing, and camping with his wife. 

Olivia Hughes joined DELTA |v|’s Nashville Regional office in 2023 as Client Engagement Associate. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and Finance. 

In her role, Olivia provides the utmost support to our Engineers and our clients. Something that she is proud of is that she was the recipient of the Dale Carnegie Breakthrough Award for exceptional performance during her Dale Carnegie Professional Development course.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her going out with her friends, exercising, traveling, or spending time with her family.
