Allison Hughes joined DELTA |v| in 2023 as an Associate Engineer. She is a 2023 graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; and won third place overall for her senior project at the University’s engineering exposition. 

Allison enjoys that engineering allows her to solve problems and reveal facts.  

Outside of work, you’ll find Allison crocheting stuffed animals or making her friends laugh.  

Landen Forbis joined DELTA |v| in 2023 as an Associate Engineer. He is a 2023 graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Landen enjoys the investigative nature of the Forensic Engineering field. The niche industry appeals to his curiosity, as determining the truth behind incidents is important.

 In his free time, Landen enjoys fly-fishing and playing with his dog, Sage.

Kenley Baker joined the newest DELTA |v| office in Fayetteville in 2024 as Client Engagement Associate. She earned her BS in Political Science from the University of North Alabama and received a Paralegal certificate through the University of Arkansas.

Kenley’s outgoing personality and legal education will aid her in her role as she assists clients, monitors and organizes projects, and works with the Fayetteville team in office operations. She is excited to join the DELTA |v| team because of its uplifting and respectful environment.

When off the job, Kenley enjoys spending time with her dog and cat, reading, and playing pickleball or hiking around the area!
