Bree Jones, Creative Director, joined the DELTA |v| team in 2017. Bree is the first point of contact for digital media clients. She helps clients determine what kind of digital media service they need, whether that’s an animation or something else, assigns resources to new projects, and once the project is off the ground, she manages project workflow and timelines. In her role as Creative Director, Bree’s responsibilities include team leadership and management, business operations, brand awareness, and marketing content production for REDLINE. Whatever clients need, she is there to make sure their projects are coordinated flawlessly.

Bree brings experience in client relations, client retention, project management, marketing, and communications from her previous roles at ScentAir, CMI Solutions, and Bahakel Communications. Her degree in Communications – Broadcast Journalism at Winthrop University also provides a great base for her communication-heavy role at DELTA |v|.

When she’s not helping clients develop a visual strategy for their case or creating content to expand REDLINE’s online presence, Bree relaxes by visiting friends and family in Maryland and New York City, immersing herself in her passion for music composition, or watching her beloved Baltimore Ravens carry the day.

Darius Oliver joined the REDLINE team in 2023 as Creative Project Coordinator. He is a graduate of Shorter University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

In his role, Darius collaborates with the internal team and external clients on a variety of projects, including active client cases and REDLINE’s marketing and media production. He is passionate about finding ways to add value to REDLINE’s attorney clients and the lives and situations of individuals they represent.

Outside of work, you will find Darius relaxing and hanging out with friends, partaking in sporting events, hiking, or making music.

Carlos Torres-Cervantes joined DELTA |v|, in 2022 as a Forensic Animator in the Digital Media group (REDLINE). In his role, he develops 3D assets, animates them, and develops full scenes that successfully tell the story behind accidents. Carlos enjoys creation through digital tools. In his own words, “it’s fun for me to master a program and successfully create the illusion of life.”

Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, a Master’s in Architecture, and has worked professionally in Graphic Design. Although he loves working in the digital world, he spends his free time hiking, biking, playing any kind of competitive sport, or exploring Charlotte with friends.

Cody Badaczewski has a love for film, animation, and anime that developed while working as a movie theater manager, particularly enthralled by Pixar releases. When he joined DELTA |v|, Cody saw the opportunity to further pursue his passion for digital media. In his role, Cody edits and enhances videos and creates 3D models and animations that provide clients with a different visual perspective.

Cody received his B.F.A. in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Charlotte in 2016. When he is not creating compelling animations, Cody enjoys playing video games, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and his two cats (Rey and Leia).

Kay Talabi joined the REDLINE team in 2023 as a Forensic Animator. He is a graduate of Living Arts College where he obtained his bachelor’s in Animation and Game Design. He is also an alum of North Carolina State University where he earned his master’s of Art and Design.

In his role, he enjoys the ability to explore new ways to use 3D animation for accurate storytelling, as well as the ability to simultaneously grow as an artistically diverse and exceptional Forensic Animator.
