Daniel Violette joined DELTA |v| in 2016 as an Associate Engineer. He took on the role of Professional Engineer within our Charlotte office in 2022. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Dan’s desire to apply his analytical mind and attention to detail to challenging work at a cutting-edge firm was just one of the reasons he was drawn to DELTA |v|. He appreciates that, in his role, hands-on work in the field is balanced with time dedicated to in-office analysis. He gets fulfillment both from his duties and from time spent with his colleagues each day.

Prior to arriving at DELTA |v|, Dan worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a turf care equipment manufacturer.

In his free time, you’ll find Dan spending time with his wife and dog. When it comes to activities, he enjoys anything that gets him outside: camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and working on vehicles and motorcycles.

Dakota Baggette began his career at DELTA |v| in 2021 as an Associate Engineer for our Charlotte Regional Office. A smart and driven individual, Dakota graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University. 

Dakota’s work day consists of assisting in fieldwork and interpreting the physical evidence of motor vehicle accidents. He enjoys the challenge of solving different problems with each new case that comes in. 

What makes Dakota excited to work for DELTA |v| is the chance to be a part of a growing company with a positive culture. He feels this dynamic environment will allow him to learn from industry experts everyday and grow as an engineer. 

Outside of work, Dakota loves racing and anything motorsports related. He is proud to have been recognized as a 3x National Champion by the World Karting Association. In addition to motorsports, Dakota enjoys golfing, surfing, and exploring new places. 

Mary Frances joined DELTA |v|’s Charlotte office in 2022 as Associate Biomechanical Engineer. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. She is also an alum of Wake Forest University where she graduated with an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering. In her discipline, she studied head kinematics in sports. 

In her role, Mary Frances is excited for the opportunity to focus on the biomechanical impact of accidents. She enjoys applying traditional mechanical engineering concepts to the complex system of the human body.

In her free time, you’ll find Mary Frances hiking, reading, baking, and spending time at the beach–particularly in Pensacola, Florida where her family lives. 

Webb Olson joined the DELTA |v| team in 2023 as an Associate Engineer in our Charlotte office. He is a graduate of The University of South Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.  

Webb enjoys the field of engineering because it’s used to provide answers and help people understand events and decisions. In his role, he likes looking for new ways to find data and create methods of investigation. 

Outside of work, he likes to work on cars and watch auto races.  

Adam Yeakley joined DELTA |v|’s Charlotte office in 2023 as Engineering Technician. He is a 2023 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a concentration in Electromechanical Systems.  

Adam’s favorite part of working in the field of engineering is problem-solving. He feels it is important because there are always new problems to solve, and many require a specific skill set. He also enjoys the cutting-edge equipment and software that is used at DELTA |v|. 

Outside of work, you’ll find Adam playing tennis and pickleball as well as socializing with friends.
