"Vision without execution is hallucination."

Kristin Keen joined DELTA |v| in 2018 as the Vice President of Business Development; four years after initially working with the firm as an outside consultant. She spent 18 years living and working in the Washington DC Metro area before relocating to Charlotte. In August 2020, she took on the role of Chief Professional Services Officer (CPSO).

As CPSO, Kristin owns, defines, and drives client engagement at DELTA |v|, unifying Service Delivery (engineering and forensic animation teams) and Business Development under one umbrella to enhance the firm’s engineering practice, deepen client connections, and generate revenue.

Since 2002, Kristin has shaped business strategy exclusively at and for professional services firms. Having held a variety of roles within architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms, a law firm, a branding agency, and a Big 4 accounting firm, she is a staunch believer that strategy (or lack thereof) can make or break an organization.

Kristin is a two-time Hoya, obtaining her BA in English Writing with a concentration in Rhetoric, Genre, and Form from Georgetown University and her MBA in International Business and Strategy from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

She is also actively involved in volunteer work. Kristin is a Grants Committee co-lead and member of the Women’s Impact Fund, a collective giving organization of 500+ women leaders based in Charlotte, NC that has awarded $6.8 million to nearly 80 programs in Mecklenburg County since 2003. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Project One, a non-profit dedicated to increasing economic mobility for motivated students from under-resourced, single parent families by providing access to higher education.

In her free time, you’ll find Kristin spending time with her family, indulging in the culinary arts, powerlifting, or getting lost somewhere in the great outdoors.
