Judy Lawrence joined DELTA |v| as the Accounting Team Lead in April 2020. Her responsibilities consist of the daily accounting functions including AR, AP, and overall financial oversight.
An Alabama native, Judy is a proud War Eagle who received her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University (Go SEC!). Her career spans across various industries including banking, health insurance, and non-profits. Her love of numbers started at an early age discovering all things “debit and credit.” In her own words:
“I learned accounting/bookkeeping in the ‘old school’ way and enjoyed seeing how it all fit together to tell the financial story of a business. Without the financial picture, it is difficult to measure the full impact of your business in your industry!”
Judy chose DELTA |v| as working for a small corporation with a big impact in a specific industry complemented her desire to be an influence within a team. She is excited to see the results of her efforts and be a part of the DELTA |v| story.
Some of Judy’s proudest accomplishments are her 30+ year marriage, two children, and two grandchildren. When she’s not in the office, you can find Judy spending time with her two dogs (both lab mixes), watching college football, or getting away to a Gulf-side beach.
