Engineering Associate
Mr. Spivey has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and specializes in vehicle simulation analysis. He has had extensive training in Engineering Dynamics Simulation Model of Automobile Collisions (EDSMAC4/EDCRASH). EDSMAC is a software program that analyzes single- or two-vehicle accidents, and may be used to predict and visualize vehicle response before, during and after impact. Heath also provides support to the Senior Engineers through industry related research, in addition to organizing and conducting fieldwork. |

Forensic Animator | Engineering Associate
Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Vision from University North Carolina Charlotte and specializes in forensic media services. He provides 3D animations and modeling, photogrammetry services and presentations for use in mediations, trials and seminars. In addition, he also provides video editing services, including video compositing and analysis of surveillance and security videos.

Thomas J. Bemont
CAD Specialist
Mr. Bemont provides media support through computer-aided drafting including 2D analytical drawings of collision sites and damaged and undamaged vehicles. Tom’s responsibilities also include the collection and processing of data obtained during fieldwork at the accident scene and involved vehicles, as well as assisting the Engineers with positional analysis and trial preparation.

Stacy M. Cassio, PHR
Office Manager
Mrs. Cassio manages DELTA [v]’s business activities including corporate growth and direction, financial coordination, vendors, directing the administration staff and assisting with DELTA [v]’s marketing efforts. As DELTA [v]’s Human Resources Director, Stacy provides support to employee related projects including recruitment, benefits and employee relations. Stacy also assists DELTA [v]’s President prepare for employee reviews and quarterly meetings.

Jennifer M. Jeffryes
Project Coordinator
Ms. Jeffryes has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from University North Carolina Charlotte and specializes in the coordination, planning and the administration of engineering related projects throughout the different stages of completion. She serves as support to the Senior Engineers through arranging the logistics of fieldwork, locating and coordinating interviews with Officers and conducting scene and vehicle research investigations. Jennifer is also responsible for facilitating DELTA [v]’s Event Data Recorder projects including MACK Trucks.
