Brian Anders founded DELTA |v| in 2004 after devoting nine years to the motor vehicle accident reconstruction industry. His primary responsibility is focusing on the overall growth of the company. In this role, he influences talent development, client expansion and financial management. He is also the keeper of DELTA |v|’s culture—a role of utmost importance to him.

Working after high school as a full-time dockworker and switcher operator for a local trucking company during difficult financial times, Brian earned enough to work his way through school. After nine years, he had earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on heavy truck brake systems. During college, he also assisted his future wife on private investigation assignments with her company.

Brian combined his introduction to trucking, his education in engineering, and exposure to investigations to launch a career in the industry of heavy vehicle accident reconstruction. He quickly developed a knack for developing strong working relationships with clients and found the business of professional services very rewarding.

After 18 years practicing as a Professional Engineer, DELTA |v| collectively decided to have Brian switch gears and focus on developing the company into a firm with integrity and longevity, where both colleagues and clients can thrive. He continues to mentor colleagues on various technical matters, but most often on the best practices of nurturing healthy client relationships. His overall goal is to have a positive impact on each professional life that he touches.

Outside of DELTA |v|, Brian enjoys competing in triathlons and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Kristin Keen joined DELTA |v| in 2018 as the Vice President of Business Development; four years after initially working with the firm as an outside consultant. She spent 18 years living and working in the Washington DC Metro area before relocating to Charlotte. In August 2020, she took on the role of Chief Professional Services Officer (CPSO).

As CPSO, Kristin owns, defines, and drives client engagement at DELTA |v|, unifying Service Delivery (engineering and related services) and Business Development under one umbrella to enhance the firm’s engineering practice, deepen client connections, and generate revenue.

Since 2002, Kristin has shaped business strategy exclusively at and for professional services firms. Having held a variety of roles within architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms, a law firm, a branding agency, and a Big 4 accounting firm, she is a staunch believer that strategy (or lack thereof) can make or break an organization.

Kristin is a two-time Hoya, obtaining her BA in English Writing with a concentration in Rhetoric, Genre, and Form from Georgetown University and her MBA in International Business and Strategy from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Kristin spending time with her family, indulging in the culinary arts, powerlifting, or getting lost somewhere in the great outdoors. She is also an active member of the Women’s Impact Fund, a collective giving organization of 500+ women leaders based in Charlotte, NC that has awarded $6.4 million to nearly 80 programs in Mecklenburg County since 2003.

Terri Holcomb joined DELTA |v| in 2019 as Executive Assistant to CEO Brian Anders. She graduated from Queen University of Charlotte with a degree in Accounting. Her background consists of accounting, personal finance, and budgeting.

Terri was so intrigued by forensic engineering that she felt DELTA |v| would be a compelling re-entrance back into the outside workforce. Her current role involves daily administrative tasks, travel arrangements and scheduling, financial reporting, serving as a project aide, and more, in support of the CEO and the company’s daily operations. She enjoys helping people achieve their best and aims to support the CEO, Corporate Management Team, and regional offices by doing just that.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys traveling with her family, playing tennis, and gardening.

“Weirdo” and “nerd” are atypical professional descriptors, unless you’re in marketing.

Undoubtedly, marketers must be a bit different to succeed. Aside from requisite knowledge of the industry and their firm’s target client personas, it’s a big part of how these individuals help their companies grow and thrive. Add in a great sense of humor and the ability to talk to anyone about anything at the drop of a dime and you have the recipe for marketing gold.

For DELTA |v|, that came in the form of Karina Tabron who joined the company as Marketing Coordinator in September 2018. In her role, she helps drive the growth and expansion of DELTA |v| and its subsidiaries.

Karina’s unique background encompasses both professional services marketing and graphic design. She earned both her BS in Graphic Design and MS in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

When asked to describe her favorite aspects of marketing, the words creativity, innovation, storytelling, and connections came to Karina’s mind. Each plays a role in how she thinks and acts, as well as how she forms meaningful connections with her colleagues and clients. Karina is excited to make a difference through her work at DELTA |v|.

DELTA |v| rose to the top of Karina’s list as her employer of choice because of its environment, culture, and work ethic. In her own words:

“Any person can work FOR a company and do a good job without much interest in the actual work. But I wanted to work WITH a great company and make a difference that would matter (both internally and externally). And I wanted to do so passionately about not only my work, but DELTA |v|’s work as well.”

Outside of the office, you may find Karina freelance designing, cooking, reading/writing, catching up on shows/movies, and kickboxing. On weekends, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to festivals/concerts/shows, hiking, filming, volunteering, and visiting breweries/wineries.
